Pack of Cards
    1. How much of the cost of each pack of cards go back to charity?

    Past performance shows between 40 - 60% of the cost of the card goes to charity. Compare this with cards on the high street, where as little as 2% goes to charity. Click here to see which charity cards are less charitable than they pretend to be. Card Aid cards are real charity cards.

    2. How do you choose cards to be featured on your website?

    We aim to give a wide choice of charities and designs to suit all tastes. We like to offer a range of large and small charities, to whom the money raised makes a huge difference.

    3. Can I pay by credit card and is it safe?

    Yes, we accept credit and debit card payments through WorldPay, our secure payment processor (the following are accepted: Visa (not Electron), Mastercard, Maestro and Solo). If you prefer to pay by cheque please send your order with a cheque payable to 'Card Aid'. Please note that your order will not be processed until payment has been received.

    4. How quickly will my cards be sent?

    We try to despatch all orders the same day. Otherwise your order will be despatched the next working day. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.

    5. Can I have my cards sent to a different address to my billing address?

    Yes, you can choose to have your cards delivered to wherever is most convenient. You may be required to pay additional postage for addresses outside the UK.

    6. Do you send orders internationally?

    Yes, we are happy to send orders overseas. Orders for delivery outside the UK are despatched using Royal Mail's Airmail Service.

    7. Can I buy the same card as last year on your website?

    We update the range of designs offered on our website each year so some cards will not be available every year.

    Customised Cards
      1. How many cards do I have to buy? Is there a minimum order?

      You can order any number of cards. There is however a minimum spend of £195 (excluding VAT).

      2. How do I customise my cards?

      When selecting your card, you will have to opportunity to customise the following parts of your card:

      - Your company logo
      - The greeting text 
      - A digital signature
      - The colour scheme
      - The layout of the various parts of the card
      - Which charity will benefit

      We provide the ability to upload your digital images. We also provide a layout tool to place the various images/text on your card. Our digital designers will then design your proof from these input for your final review.

      3. Can I upload my company logo?

      Yes

      4. Does my chosen charity's name appear in the cards?

      We print a declaration on the inside cover of the cards, stating which charity benefits from your cards.

      5. Do you print in colour?

      Yes, you have the option to print in four colours.

      6. Can I see a proof of my card?

      Yes, you can preview a proof of your card when ordering online.

      7. Can I choose any charity to benefit from my cards?

      Yes, a unique feature of Card Aid is you can choose any UK registered charity to benefit from your cards.

      8. How much does my chosen charity receive?

      Your named charity receives 1/3 of the cost of the cards.

      9. Will you take an order over the phone?

      We can offer help and assistance over the phone. Your order will be processed most efficiently if you place your order through the website and pay for it online (through WorldPay, our secure payment provider).

      10. How can I pay?

      We accept credit and debit card payments over the phone on 020 7433 3636 through WorldPay, our secure payment processor (the following are accepted: Visa (not Electron), Mastercard, Maestro and Solo). You may pay by cheque, payable to Card Aid. Please note that your order will not be processed until payment has been received.

      11. When will I get my order?

      we anticipate delivery time to be 3-4 working days from approval of proof for orders of less than 1000 cards, and 5 working days for orders of more than 1000 cards.

      12. Do you print cards for companies?

      We are happy to supply companies or individuals.

      13. Do you have a brochure that you could send me?

      In order to keep costs down we do not produce a brochure, this is so more money can go to charity.

      e-Cards
        1. Is there a minimum order?

        No, there is a minimum price, which is the equivalent of 50 cards per design for static e-cards and 100 cards for animated e-cards.

        2. Can I choose any charity to benefit from my cards?

        Yes, you can choose any UK registered charity to benefit from your cards.

        3. How much does my chosen charity receive?

        Your named charity receives 30% of the cost of the cards.

        4. Can I upload my company logo?

        Yes

        5. How do I send out my e-cards?

        You will receive a personal link by email, which you can send out to all your chosen contacts, who then click to view your e-card.

        6. How quickly will I receive my e-card?

        Immediately after paying for your completed order online.

        Card Aid Shops
          1. How can I find my nearest Card Aid shop?

          Plick click on "Our Shops" on the above menu where you will have a Google Map view of all our shops. You may enter a city/postcode/adress to narrow your Map search. We also have a complete list of shops below the map.

          2. Do all shops have the same charities and cards?

          No, we try to offer the broadest selection of cards and charities possible in each shop but designs and charities will vary shop to shop.

          3. Do you accept credit cards in your shops?

          Yes, all major credit cards except American Express are accepted in our shops.

          4. Can I volunteer in your shops?

          Yes, we are always glad of volunteers. Please email cardaid@cardaid.co.uk for more information.
