- Q: How much of the cost of each pack of cards go back to charity?
- A: Past performance shows between 40 - 60% of the cost of the card goes to charity. We guarantee that a minimum of 25% goes back to charity. Compare this with cards on the high street, where as little as 2% goes to charity.

- Q: How do you choose cards to be featured on your website?
- A: We aim to give a wide choice of charities and designs to suit all tastes. We like to offer a range of large and small charities, to whom the money raised makes a huge difference.
- Q: Can I pay by credit card and is it safe?
- A: Yes, we accept credit and debit card payments through WorldPay, our secure payment processor (the following are accepted: Visa (not Electron), Mastercard, Maestro and Solo). If you prefer to pay by cheque please send you order with a cheque payable to 'Card Aid'. Please note that your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
- Q: How quickly will my cards be sent?
- A: We try to despatch all orders the same day. Otherwise your order will be despatched the next working day. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.
- Q: Can I have my cards sent to a different address to my billing address?
- A: Yes, you can choose to have your cards delivered to wherever is most convenient.
- Q: Do you send orders internationally?
- A: Yes, we are happy to send orders overseas. Orders for delivery outside the UK are despatched using Royal Mail's Airmail Service.
- Q: Can I buy the same card as last year on your website?
- A: We update the range of designs offered on our website each year so some cards will not be available every year.
- Q: How many cards do I have to buy? Is there a minimum order?
- A: You can order any number of cards. There is however a minimum spend of £195 (excluding VAT).
- Q: How do I customise my cards?
- A: Please follow our automated online system. You will have the option to select a card design, choose the greeting and font of your cards, upload your logo and enter your signature details.
- Q: Can I upload my company logo?
- A: Yes
- Q: Does my chosen charity’s name appear in the cards?
- A: We print a declaration on the inside cover of the cards, stating which charity benefits from your cards.
- Q: Do you print in colour?
- A: Yes, you have the option to print in four colours.
- Q: Can I see a proof of my card?
- A: Yes, you can preview a proof of your card when ordering online.
- Q: I choose any charity to benefit from my cards?
- A: Yes, a unique feature of Card Aid is you can choose any UK registered charity to benefit from your cards.
- Q: How much does my chosen charity receive?
- A: Your named charity receives 1/3 of the cost of the cards.
- Q: Will you take an order over the phone?
- A: We can offer help and assistance over the phone. Your order will be processed most efficiently if you place your order through the website and pay for it online (through WorldPay, our secure payment provider).
- Q: How can I pay?
- A: We accept credit and debit card payments through WorldPay, our secure payment processor (the following are accepted: Visa (not Electron), Mastercard, Maestro and Solo). You may pay by cheque, payable to Card Aid. Please note that your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
- Q: When will I get my order?
- A: Last year the average delivery time was 2 working days from placing the order to delivery and we anticipate delivery to be exactly the same this year.
- Q: Do you print cards for companies?
- A: We are happy to supply companies or individuals.

- A: In order to keep costs down we do not produce a brochure, this is so more money can go to charity.
- Q: Is there a minimum order?
- A: No, there is a minimum price, which is the equivalent of 50 cards per design for static e-cards and 100 cards for animated e-cards.
- Q: Can I choose any charity to benefit from my cards?
- A: Yes, you can choose any UK registered charity to benefit from your cards.
- Q: How much does my chosen charity receive?
- A: Your named charity receives 30% of the cost of the cards.
- Q: Can I upload my company logo?
- A: Yes.
- Q: How do I send out my e-cards?
- A: You will receive a personal link by email, which you can send out to all your chosen contacts, who then click to view your e-card.
- Q: How quickly will I receive my e-card?
- A: Immediately after paying for your completed order online.
- Q: How can I find my nearest Card Aid shop?
- A: Please click on Card Aid Shops in the left hand side navigation for a full list of our shops and opening hours.
- Q: Do all shops have the same charities and cards?
- A: No, we try to offer the broadest selection of cards and charities possible in each shop but designs and charities will vary shop to shop.
- Q: Do you accept credit cards in your shops?
- A: Yes, all major credit cards except American Express are accepted in our shops.
