Card Aid is not just a supplier - We work in partnership with charities to help them make money from Christmas cards. We are happy to give advice to all charities, including those who do not buy cards through us.
Card Aid was initially set up over 25 years ago to help charity trading by providing outlets through which charities could sell Christmas cards. As well as selling cards for charities, Card Aid began to produce its own range of cards. Many charities now choose designs from our high quality range to sell in our stores and to their supporters. Its established name has enabled Card Aid to become a valuable part of charity fundraising; promoting the image of charities and helping them to make money from cards.
Today Card Aid produces cards for over 100 charities each year, ranging from large national charities to small local groups.
Should your charity participate?
Set up to help charities make money, at Card Aid we are very happy to offer impartial advice on whether it would be beneficial to become involved in Christmas card trading. With information about your supporter base and shop sales, we can offer advice on best selling designs and about the quantity and range of cards that would be most suitable for you.
Card Aid services - how you can benefit?
CARD AID SHOPS
One of the benefits of buying your cards through Card Aid is the ability to sell 25% of the total quantity of your order through our shops. We have around 35 shops, mainly based in London, but also located in Cambridge, Oxford, York, Guildford and Gloucestershire.
Our cards are priced towards the higher end of the market but we are fortunate in that we encounter very little price resistance within the shops so we are able to make more money for our charities!
LICENSING DEALS
As a Card Aid customer, your charity may qualify for a licensing deal. Cards are produced and sold through the Card Aid shops and on our website. You carry no risk and get 25% of the selling price.
ORDERING YOUR CARDS
Choosing Designs
Your charity can select any design from our range of cards (minimum order quantity of 5,000 cards-500 packs). Alternatively you can design your own cards or supply your own artwork (minimum order 10,000-1000 packs).
Overprinting
Choose a standard greeting, specify a particular message, or alternatively the cards can be supplied flat and blank.
All our printing takes place in the UK. Our top quality card comes from sustainable forests and our envelopes are environmentally friendly.
Legal requirements
To conform to the Charities Act you must state that you are a registered charity on the packaging or the cards.
Delivery
